My Hunny's Kitchen Recipe Contest Offical Entry Form

Rules of the Contest:

  1. Dish must be at least 50% MHK products and prepared PRIOR to the 3pm start time.
  2. Dish must be 10 to 12 sample serving sizes (sample cups will be provided at the event).
  3. Have a written copy of your recipe that can easily be transcribed into into the MHK cookbook. Sign the release waiver at the event allowing MHK to publish your recipe.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY REGISTERING FOR THIS CONTEST I AM ENTITLED TO A 10% DISCOUNT ON ITEMS PURCHASED FOR THE CONTEST FROM EITHER MY HUNNY'S KITCHEN IN GALLATIN, OR RIVERSIDE SURVIVIAL LOCATED IN RIVERSIDE.

By filling out this form I understand that I am entering this year's cookbook recipe contest to be held at Midwest Preparedness Project's Spring Festival. I understand that if my recipe wins, it will be added to the My Hunny's Kitchen cookbook and I will be credited for the recipe but My Hunny's Kitchen will own the rights to be able to publish this recipe.
